To Be Physically Healthiest, You Must First Have a Healthy Mind.

A mind filled with anxiety, uncertainty, fear and chaos cannot be trusted to make the kind of sound decisions that bring health and vitality to the body and soul. So for all of you that are struggling with cravings, comfort eating, and lack of motivation, bringing your mind to a healthy state should be your #1 goal. A mind filled with calm, stillness, certainty and joy will be the driving force to creating the physical health you have been endlessly chasing.


Find 10 minutes in your day to practice meditation. Close your eyes, find a quiet space and take deep breathes while focusing only on the present moment. When your mind wanders (and it will!), bring it back gently. A lot of people get discouraged because they feel the more times their mind wanders, the less the meditation is working. Actually, the act of meditation is like an exercise for your brain so that sole act of bringing your attention back from a thought to the present moment helps introduce more grounding to your every-day life. Remain patient and keep at it daily. You will be amazed with the mental shift that you encounter!
